Welcome to Heritage Song - Creative Heritage Interpretation in Sheffield
At Heritage Song we are passionate about telling the stories of the past in musical and creative ways. Based in Sheffield, we use music, song and sound to bring the past to life. Visit our 'Portfolio' page to find out about past, present and future projects.
Heritage Song is led by Scott Russell, Sheffield-based musician / guitarist / composer / songwriter / educator. Scott works in Museums and Heritage, and works in partnership with a range of organisations to enrich projects with creativity and performance.
The work Heritage Song produces strives to be carefully researched, skillfully presented and always thought-provoking. We are fascinated by Social and Industrial history, and the role of ordinary lives in extraordinary stories.
